How To Pass a Drug Test

The state of California is so very close to the legalization of marijuana for taxation and recreation. California is the first state in the Union to have marijuana on the state ballot. If in November voters agree in majority that marijuana is ok then possession and use will be held on the same requires as that of alcohol including DUI’s.

Drug testing in the workforce will not necessarily be effected by a legalization of weed. Employers will at their discretion be able to still drug test and penalize for any use of mind altering drugs. So the question on many peoples minds still wont change… Will I need to take a drug test before I get a job?
